Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or special promotions (like Black Friday or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you via email.

USA: Orders are fulfilled via Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) for faster delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.


Damages or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items, but sometimes things happen during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
  • If your order is lost in transit, let us know at hello@nolidstudio.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
