Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Nolid purchase! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at hello@nolidstudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package.
- Pack the item securely and include the Return Authorization Number on the package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Defects
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@nolidstudio.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For the safety and integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used,
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, feel free to contact us before proceeding.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Return Shipping Costs
- Europe: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- USA: Returns are handled through Amazon FBA. Please contact us for instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Nolid Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
